J.J.A. Muñoz Dist. Inc. has been operating out of El Paso, TX since July of the year of 1999 providing an absolute dependable on-time delivery services.
Our fleet offers both Dry-Van and Refrigerated services to the entire continental United States.
Here at J.J.A. Muñoz Dist., Inc. we strive to keep a balance between our customers’ needs and our drivers’ requirements to provide an incomparable service. We pride ourselves in working hard to maintain our customers’ trust and ease the stress of their day to day operations. Our customers can rest assure that if we are under their load, the freight is well taken care of. Placing the upmost priority in Safety, On-Time Delivery, and maintaining a ‘Zero-Loss’ mentality has allowed us to grow into a company with a proven record of exceptional service.
Our fleet consists solely of late-model tractors and trailers. We do this because we understand while many issues may arise in our industry, we provide a service a that minimizes these issues.
We know how frustrating it is to have a tractor breakdown in the middle of a line haul, or a tractor placed out-of-service due to equipment failure, so we have gone to great lengths to assure that we do everything possible to keep the freight in transit. Not only does this benefit our customers, but our drivers as well. We have found Driver comfort, and confidence in their equipment, provides a work environment where a driver may work to the best of their ability.
Our Management Team consists of leaders whom have been in the Transportation Industry their entire lives. All our Dispatchers have gone through extensive training that targets an understanding of sitting in the Driver’s seat. By integrating over-the-road experience into our day-to-day operations we can not only properly handle situations, but predict and even avoid many issues.
